AD | Nutribuddy: First Impressions

This post has been written in collaboration with Nutribuddy on a gifting basis.

I recently received a package complimentary from Nutribuddy and I honestly couldn’t be more excited! Nutribuddy aims to help people with weight loss, toning up and feeling amazing about themselves through nutritional supplies.

I never really get caught up in crazy diets as I know they rarely produce long term results and I would rather have a healthy lifestyle instead. However, I constantly find myself skipping breakfast and snacking on anything I can find (mainly cheese… because who doesn’t like cheese, duh). This year, I want to try and make a difference and help my body receive the nutrition it needs.

The Breakfast Shake* seems to be perfect for people like me, who just skip breakfast. Most of the mornings I am rushing off to university, not even thinking about what I should eat. Considering breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it starts off your metabolism, I’m not exactly doing myself any favours. Therefore, trying out this shake is hopefully going to get me back on track!

Also, the shake is vegetarian and vegan, gluten free, soy free and sugar free. It is made of lots of super foods such as organic chia seeds, organic flaxseeds, organic desicated coconut as well as organic gluten free oats. I don’t know about you, but if I can have them all in a shake, I’m gonna do it!

For the past couple of mornings, I have popped three scoops of the powder, which I chose to be in the Chocolate Brownie (omg wow yum) flavour, into the bottle that was included. I chose the pink bottle and it seems to be a really nice quality and it looks adorable too. I add some soya milk, shake it all up in the bottle, and I’m good to go and run out of the door!

So far, my first impressions of the product are great. Instead of skipping breakfast, at least I have something to keep me going until lunch time that actually has some great ingredients in it. Definitely better than having nothing at all, plus it has nutritional benefits! Even if you are not a breakfast skipper like me, it could potentially be a lovely extra for your breakfast to get some superfoods into your body too! Plus, it tastes yummy, it is sweet and kind of reminds me of chocolate porridge in a shake form (and I looooove porridge).

Oh, and click here* if you’d like try it out for yourself!

I will report back to you after my two-week testing period to tell you what I honestly thought of it and how it made a change in my life, fingers crossed!
